Mohamad I. Doghman joined OPPD in 1989 and has served in many engineering, operation and management positions, including manager of Substation Construction, Operations, and System Protection departments. He also served as Director of the Engineering division
Doghman currently oversees all planning, engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance. He is also the Chief Compliance Officer responsible for the reliability, resiliency and security of the electric power system. He was previously responsible for the corporate nuclear oversight of Fort Calhoun station.
Prior to joining OPPD, Doghman worked for a large manufacturing company developing and implementing an energy management system improvement program. He also worked at a global consulting firm providing engineering services.

Doghman earned an Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has also completed the Nuclear Reactor Technology training for Utility Executives at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Doghman is a licensed professional engineer in Nebraska.
